65 YO female with lupus, HBP and diabetis, comes to me with a very painful and poor mobility of her left shoulder since 10 years ! XRays and CT Scan show a severe OM with a humerus dislocated downward. ill go for a RSA, so what are the tips and tricks for such case especially to maintain stability of this prosthesis. usually it's hard to reduce the prosthesis when the head is ascensionated but here I'm more concerned about instability. what would you do ? Approach ? Retentive poly ? thanks 🙏
